The execution of the order begins on the next business day after the funds are credited to the seller's account and lasts up to 7 business days.
The expected delivery time in Poland is 1 - 2 business days, in Europe 2 - 5 business days and outside Europe 2 - 15 business days.
In the event of circumstances preventing the implementation and timely completion of part or all of the order, the customer will be informed immediately and the payment will be refunded.
A receipt or a VAT invoice is attached to each order.
The right to return the Goods is due for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the Goods. The Store has the right to refuse to accept a Return if the Return was made after the deadline or in the event that the Goods have defects. The funds will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Store. The refund will be made with the same payment method that was chosen when placing the order.
We do not accept goods returned by cash on delivery.
